Professional Achievements:

I have received several awards in my 11 years at the BOP. I have served on numerous committees and work groups, that try to improve the way we operate in the BOP, in regard to healthcare. I recently gave a nationwide presentation on the Utilization Review process and why it is importance in the prison system. I also was asked to speak the nationwide training for Quality Improvement next year. I recently joined the United State Public Health Service. I am always looking for ways to improve healthcare in any environment I am working. I like to be a part of the change for the better.
