We have entered a time of self distancing that is preventing our chapter in bringing you the meetings that we had planned for 2020.  We are offering these slides to review on our own to earn 8.5 CEs.  These slides are only going to be available until June 30, 2020.  If you have requested these slides previously, they are unchanged from 2017.  You can only earn the 8.5 CEs one time from this CE offering. They are the basis of the Clinical Review for the Generalist Hospice and Palliative Nurse. They are also available for adding to your own self knowledge whether you plan to take the CHPN exam or not.  If you previously requested the self study slides and did not return the post test for credit, you may still return the completed answer sheet for correction and issuance of 8.5 CEs.  These slides will be retired on June 30, 2020 and will no longer be available. I am retiring in 2021 and will continue to correct the test and offer the 8.5 CEs until the end of 2020. Please send your completed answer sheet to debi.careatlifesend@gmail.com via email and I will correct it and send it back to you so you know what you still need to study to get the right answer. The 8.5 CE certificate will be generated after you send the completed answer sheet. SFBA HPNA is hoping to bring the other membership meetings to our membership and is working on how to do that remotely in the future.
