The pandemic and other events of 2020 and 2021 brought to light the fact that there are still many social disparities of health across America. Nurses were the backbone of the COVID-19 pandemic, sacrificing so much to provide care on the front lines and have known that these disparities are not new. Cultivating diversity and inclusion is key to addressing health care disparities and improving the health of our nation. Wyoming Nurses Association welcomes ANA President, Ernest J. Grant, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, and others to share how Wyoming nurses can make a difference.
