What to expect for 2024:

  • This is an exclusive event for senior leadership, predominantly nursing, and their peers/direct subordinate managers and directors.
  • Attendance is limited to 150 Leaders, with priority for NWONL members and affiliates.
  • Approximately 90% of attendees are primarily Senior Leaders and their leadership teams, from acute care organizations/systems across Oregon, Washington, Alaska and the expanded West Coast to include California and Idaho.
  • Major healthcare systems include:

What corporate partners/sponsors may register and attend?

  • Companies who demonstrate ability to serve "system level" organizations preferred.
  • Companies who conduct partnership/sponsorship with ACNL or AONL preferred.
  • There are limited exhibitor hall and session sponsorship opportunities available. 
  • 2023 corporate attendees and annual partners are given preference.

Pre/Post communications opportunities:

  • NWONL will provide attendee contact information 2 weeks prior and upon conference close.
  • Partners are expected to direct email attendees once prior and again once after the conference.
  • It is expected attendees may choose to opt-in for additional email/contact.

Summary agenda:

  • The exhibit hall is open pre-conference, during dedicated breaks, plus additional time during breakfast, lunch and reception/social for attendee engagement.
  • Formal sessions begin for attendees on day 1, Thursday, at 10 am.
  • On day 1, the exhibitor hall will be open to attendees from 9am through 5pm.
  • Setup time is the night prior, Wednesday, after 5pm and morning of day 1 before formal sessions start. 
  • Friday, day 2, the exhibit hall will be open from 7:00 am - noon.
  • Exhibitors should plan to complete hall exit by 2pm.

Lead Sponsors (limited)

  • Only three Lead Sponsor opportunities are available: Day 1 - Full attendee lunch, day 1 - full attendee reception/social and day 2 - full attendee breakfast.
  • Includes three or four full conference badges (depending on session).
  • Sponsors may setup banners/poster-boards in the main hall.
  • Sponsors are both acknowledged to the attendees in the main hall and provided an opportunity to speak/address the attendees (5 minutes).
  • Sponsors are provided both an Exhibitor Hall space and four conference attendees in their registration.
  • Recognition on NWONL website and at the conference as a 2024 premier (lead) Sponsor.
  • Invitation for a 2024 Monthly CE/Learning session or CNO & Dean Rounding presentation.
  • Pre & Post conference attendee list.
  • Priority invitation to 2025 conference.

Exhibitor Hall

  • The exhibit hall is limited to no more than 25 total exhibitors for 2024 for high engagement.
  • Includes one full conference badge.
  • Opportunity to place banner/posters/signage adjacent/in assigned hall space.
  • Marriott will provide a table and chairs.
  • Recognition on NWONL website for 2024.
  • Pre & Post conference attendee list.

Shipping equipment to the site? 

  • Marriott will assist with shipping and onsite storage.
  • Select "Ship Equipment to Site" on registration form to alert Marriott and NWONL.

Preferred Lodging is Available:

  • Reservations can be made directly with Marriott online here: group rate $171 a night.

Do you require Electrical service?

  • We cannot guarantee spaces are adjacent to standard household electrical in the Hall.
  • Either bring a portable power unit or purchase the Dedicated Electrical Services Package to guarantee service is available at your table location.

Will you require High-Speed Wireless Internet?                                  

  • Marriott Rewards Members receive free internet during their stay when they book a room, there is no additional cost:  Join Today
  • If more access is needed, select the dedicated Wi-fi option during registration and Marriott will ensure provide the access information on-site. These fees are collected by NWONL and passed to Marriott.

What table/booths are provided or expected and what is my location in the Exhibit Hall?

  • Marriott will provide a standard table, approx. 8ft x 30in.
  • Small chairs will be provided.
  • If you opt to not use the provided table or are bringing furniture/equipment, please note it on the registration.
  • Hall locations will be selected by NWONL to ensure that reasonable accommodations are made for exhibitors and equipment and product placement.
  • Locations will be finalized and marked onsite and provided prior to your arrival. The NWONL admin will be on-site to assist you in location finding.
  • Dedicated standard household electricity is available.
  • Flat-panel screens and risers are available.

We encourage you raffle an item to attendees:

  • We recommend a "fish-bowl" style raffle.
  • Each Corporate Partner/Sponsor is encouraged to raffle and item. We recommend prizes less than $100.
  • Raffle winners will be selected and announced Day 2 during the morning break. Partners will be called up to briefly announce and award their prize.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only available before February 16, 2024. 
  • Cancellations prior to February 16, 2024 will return 50% of payment less processing fees (if any).
  • Cancellations after February 16, 2024 will not receive refund.
  • All travel/lodging refunds are the responsibility of the partner/sponsor/exhibitor.
