Join healthcare leaders and professionals for a transformative course on managing burnout. Unite in shared experiences of resilience, fear, and endurance in medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing, and other fields.

Learn from experts in mindfulness, connection, and leadership in a nurturing environment.  Developed in collaboration with the New Hampshire Professionals Health Program, this event offers strategies to combat burnout in ourselves and our systems.

Objectives:

1) Better understand the levels of burnout/compassion fatigue
2) Apply Awareness Based Systems Change to explore the overwhelm, burnout and turnover happening in healthcare organizations
3) Learn conscious leadership principles to address burnout within individuals and organizations.

Speakers:

Dr. Deb LeClair, founder and owner of Full Spectrum Wellness in Bedford, NH has over 25 years of experience providing meaningful and entertaining trainings and classes along with effective holistic coaching services to corporate, small business, academic, and general public
audiences and clientele.

Lisa Stockwell, M.Ed., is the Creative Energizing Owner of It’s Your Journey, offering training and coaching. As an engaging speaker and lively storyteller, Lisa works with organizations, groups, and individuals on positive behavior change, effective communication skills, mindfulness, compassion fatigue, and motivational interviewing.  Lisa is a certified Train the Trainer, Life Coach, and a member of MINT(Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers). She is a Master Trainer in SMRC Chronic Disease and Chronic Pain Self-Management Programs originally developed by Stanford University Patient Education Center. Her clients range from Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Medical Center, Southern NH Area Health Center, and North Country Health Consortium to colleges and non-profits.
