Enhance your Peripheral IV and Central Venous Access Device care and maintenance knowledge with our hands-on skill sessions as directed by evidence-based practices and guidelines. This event is open to all levels of practice, from nursing student to expert!
Each participant will rotate through 4 different skill sessions:
- Implanted port accessing/de-accessing
- PIV insertion & maintenance
- CVC/PICC care & maintenance
- Device identification, troubleshooting, de-clotting
Breakfast and snacks provided.
