Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Conference registration canceled on or before October 31, 2025 is refundable.
- Registrants canceling on or after November 1, 2025 will not receive a refund.
- The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
- Registration may be transferred to another individual.
- All refund or registration transfer requests must be made by the registered attendee via email to aorngrandcanyon@gmail.com
- Refunds will be made by check and mailed to the attendee.
Vendors
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the 2025 Fall Conference of the Grand Canyon Chapter of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN). The 2025 conference "Taking Care of the World While Taking Care of Each Other" will be held at HonorHealth Shea Medical Center 9003 East Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260 on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 in the Brady Conference Center.
Your presence at the conference will allow you to direct your marketing efforts to operating room nurse leaders and connect with individuals responsible for including your products in their annual operating budgets. If you believe your company has a product or service of interest to our membership, you are encouraged to attend.
The exhibitor registration fee for 2025 is $350.
Registration will include breakfast and lunch (with gluten-free and vegetarian options) for two representatives and one vendor table with two chairs. If you will have more than two representatives in attendance at the conference, additional meals can be purchased by contacting Cathy Horn (cathy.horn2021@outlook.com) no later than one week prior to the conference.
If you will require power, please indicate this at the time of registration and email us your needs ahead of time as well - power outlets are limited at this venue and we need to ensure that we do not exceed the power capacity limits. You will be responsible for supplying your own power cords and power strips.
The vendor exhibit space will open at 0600 for table setup.
Vendor space is limited, register early to reserve your space!

Registration fee includes one table for vendor display and meals (breakfast and lunch) for two representatives.
You may purchase more than one table if you would like additional display space. Please contact exhibitor liaison, Cathy Horn, to request multiple vendor tables.
Please indicate if you will need a power outlet for your display as there are limited outlets and they are available on a first come, first served basis.
