Join AORN members in this volunteering event as we help sort surplus fresh food from local grocers, retailers, and farmers markets, restaurants, and wholesalers to be delivered on the same day to dozens of organizations serving those in need in Contra Costa County.

To date the Food Rescue Program at White Pony Express has delivered 27 million pounds of nutritious, fresh food that would otherwise have gone to waste. That's the equivalent of over 22 million meals for our community.

PLEASE NOTE! Closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops) are required and casual clothing is recommended. Also, please be on time so the orientation can be completed.
