The Power of Purpose: Transforming Challenges into Impact!
Purpose-driven leadership is at the heart of nursing excellence. The 2026 Annual Leadership Symposium brings together nurses, educators, and healthcare leaders to explore how aligning purpose with action can transform challenges into meaningful impact—both at the bedside and beyond.
Through inspiring keynote presentations, interactive discussions, and practical breakout sessions, participants will gain tools to navigate today’s complex healthcare environment with confidence, clarity, and compassion. This year’s theme, The Power of Purpose, celebrates the resilience and innovation of nurses who lead with intention, drive system-level change, and create healthy work environments that support both patients and professionals.
Join us for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration as we elevate the voice of nursing leadership and honor the collective power of purpose in shaping the future of healthcare.
