Earl Dalton, MHA, MSL, BSN, NEA-BC, FAAN Chief Clinical Officer & VP of Clinical Services, Health Carousel Earl Dalton serves as Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Services at Health Carousel, bringing over 30 years of acute hospital leadership experience in Adult Health, Emergency, and Critical Care. A nationally recognized speaker, author, and innovator, Earl has worked with leading systems such as Duke University Health System and is known for his expertise in work culture, quality improvement, and patient experience. He holds advanced degrees in Health Administration and Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a BSN from the University of North Carolina. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing—an honor held by less than 1% of nurses nationwide—he also maintains Nurse Executive Advanced Board Certification. Earl currently serves as President of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO), sits on national advisory boards including the Joint Commission’s Staffing Advisory and Technical Council, and serves as a spokesperson for the American Staffing Association. He is also a Global Advisory Board member for Case Western Reserve University. An international thought leader, Earl has presented at events including the International Council of Nurses in Helsinki, AMSN, AACN, NACHR, and the Philippine Nurses Association Annual Conference.
