The TAPAN UGCR Annual Spring Seminar will be held on February 21, 2026, at: Memorial Hermann Hospital, Texas Medical Center. 4th Floor Sarofim Conference Room, 6411 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77030.

Exhibitors will be provided with two chairs and one 6-foot uncovered table. The exhibit fee includes two conference registrations. If you have a product that needs an outlet, please specify. Exhibitors should provide their own extension cord. 

Seminar attendees will have the opportunity to visit one-on-one with you during the early morning registration period, and during the morning and lunch breaks. Please arrive between the hours of 6:30 and 7:00 A.M. for set-up on February 21, 2026, at the venue. Please park in the Sterling Garage: 1400 Ross Sterling St, Houston, TX 77030

The event is designed for perianesthesia nurses, other specialties, healthcare professionals, and nursing students from across Houston and surrounding areas. There will be an estimated 100 nurses representing pre-operative, postoperative, and other specialty related nursing units from the variety of Houston area hospital systems, as well as systems across the Gulf Coast region. Our members are exceptionally well-connected in the healthcare community. When you reach one member, you reach their entire network of colleagues and co-workers. The TAPAN UGCR nurse leaders are excited for the opportunity to speak with your representatives about your products and services!
