Vendors & Sponsors
Thank you for partnering with us for the 2026 Nurses Day at the Capitol. Your participation helps us create a meaningful advocacy and learning experience for nurses and nursing students across the state.
As a sponsor or vendor, you will have the opportunity to share your products, services, and resources with attendees who are engaged in leadership, education, and policy advocacy. Your presence supports our efforts to equip nurses with tools that enhance patient care, professional development, and workplace environments.
In the weeks leading up to the event, we will send you detailed information about set-up and breakdown times, table location, parking and unloading instructions, and any venue guidelines related to displays, electricity, and signage. Please ensure that a representative from your organization is available for the full duration of the event so attendees can fully engage with your booth.
We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to working with you to make the 2026 Nurses Day at the Capitol a success. If you have any questions or specific needs (e.g., accessibility, electrical requirements, or sponsorship opportunities), please contact us at arna@arna.org.
