She is the founder of Mazique Training and Consulting, LLC, an organization created to support healthcare professionals in their personal and professional development. Through positive interventions and evidence-based strategies, she helps healthcare workers prioritize self-care, build resilience, and prevent burnout while maintaining high standards of patient care. In addition, she provides certification courses in CPR, ACLS, and BLS through the American Heart Association, ensuring healthcare providers are equipped with life-saving skills grounded in nationally recognized standards.
