With over 27 years in healthcare, I bring deep expertise in nursing, infection prevention, quality improvement, and accreditation within acute care settings. My career has been driven by a steadfast commitment to patient safety and healthcare excellence, resulting in significant and sustained reductions in healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) through the implementation of evidence-based practices and innovative, data-informed solutions. As a healthcare leader, I am passionate about creating a culture of collaboration engaging teams from the frontline to the C-suite to drive improvement in both clinical outcomes and organizational performance. I believe that meaningful, interdisciplinary partnerships are essential to advancing patient care, optimizing safety, and achieving measurable results. I am energized by the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that not only enhance the quality of care but also strengthen the financial health of the organizations I serve. My approach combines hands-on expertise, systems thinking, and a relentless focus on sustainable change. Let’s connect! I’m always open to sharing ideas, learning from others, and exploring how we can make healthcare safer and more effective together.
