Position Details:

Award-winning medical center just north of Minneapolis, MN – doing about 4,000 cases annually

Affiliated with the region’s top non-profit, physician-led health system

Join a team of 7 CRNAs that takes a lot of pride in the collaborative, respectful, and supportive working environment they’ve cultivated

Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, plus some ENT, Uro, Gyn, Endo, Robotics, etc. No OB, no heads, no hearts.

Medical direction during business hours, independent CRNA coverage on evenings/weekends

1:7 beeper call - generous 45 min RTF. All call is paid, plus a stipend for any callbacks (<20% likelihood of getting called back)

Highly competitive compensation – $305-325K+, with additional lucrative earnings available

$50-100K signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support

Employed position with comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, generous 5% retirement contribution, 37-42+ days of Time Off + 2 weeks of Caregiver Leave, fertility/family building help, 20 days of childcare – all the expected perks & then some
