Job Description: The RN Nurse Manager coordinates nursing services and is accountable for services provided 24/7. The CNM provides leadership and supervision of personnel, fosters a positive learning environment, and handles staffing and scheduling.

Required Skills:

• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of employment start date) 
• Minimum 2 years of Charge Nurse/CNC/Nurse Manager experience in an acute care setting
