A healthcare services company in Indiana is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join the growing Home Health team in the Fort Wayne area.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Setting: Field
  • Traveling from home to home (Allen, Whitley, and Kosciusko counties)
  • Mileage reimbursement offered!

Responsibilities:

The Home Health Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating with Physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure that they provide the patient with high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
