We are hiring experienced Progressive Care RNs to join a dynamic team in a high-acuity PCU. These units specialize in neurological, cardiac, or post-surgical patients, offering a collaborative environment with strong team support and professional growth opportunities.

Unit Details:

• Neuro/General PCU
• Cardiac Surgical Stepdown
• Cardiac/General PCU

Position Highlights:

• Shift Options: Days & Nights (3x12s, 7-7:30) with rotating weekends.
• Self-scheduling.
• Sign-on Bonus: $15K (Days) / $20K (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance
• Differentials: 18% nights / $3 per hour weekends

Qualifications:

• RN license & BLS certification required
• 1+ year of acute care RN experience within the past 2 years, will cross train from MedSurg
• ADN or BSN required
