Title: Manager of Case Management

Location: Riverside CA 92501

Shift: Full-Time – Admin Hours - Rotating Weekends (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM - this is an exempt position so hours may vary.)

Minimum of 3-5 years of CM experience, must have prior leadership experience.

Current CA Licensed Registered Nurse (will accept pending licensure).

Manager position will report to Director of CM

Direct reports will include RN Case Managers & Case Management Assistants

15-18 FTEs per Manager

One Administrative Assistant in Department

Total Number of Beds: 542

All Inpatient Units are serviced by Case Management

On Call is typically on a week-by-week basis divided between the CM Leadership Team. Calls are normally on addressing afterhours and troubleshooting issues that require service recovery or immediate need such as emergent HLOC transfers or transportation delay/issues. Weekend Call consists of being a resource to the team and facilitating approvals for LOA, HLOC, service recovery or transportation needs.
