Pay: $54.65/hr-$68.00/hr based on experience and education

The Hospice RN will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary team, coordinating comprehensive nursing services.
• Informs the physician and other Hospice personnel of any changes in the patients condition.
• Assists in the explanation of Hospice eligibility criteria and reimbursement sources.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
