Pride Health is hiring a Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg to support our client’s medical facility in Clarkston, Washington. This contract opportunity is an excellent way to begin working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Flex across departments as needed, adapting to changing patient care demands.
• Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure a safe environment by following proper safety protocols and equipment use guidelines.
• Operate and troubleshoot clinical equipment according to manufacturer and hospital protocols.
• Follow all infection control and isolation procedures, strictly adhering to standard precautions.
• Execute physician orders accurately and promptly; complete 24-hour chart checks when applicable.
• Provide clear and thorough shift-change reports to incoming staff.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Promptly report critical lab values following facility policy.
• Maintain an adequate stock of emergency carts and clinical supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care and departmental needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Washington State RN License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Over 3 years of recent Med/Surg

Additional Information:

• Location: Clarkston, Washington
• Job Type: 13-week contract. Possible extension
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts - Night shift (7:00 PM start)
• Travel Pay Range: $2,200.00 to 2,360.00 weekly

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
