Must Haves
ACLS – American Heart Association
BLS Certification – American Heart Association
2+ years’ experience Acute Bedside: ICU, IMC, etc.
2+ years experience as RN Case manager
The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees.
As an RN with Insight Global, you will ensure adherence to the nursing care plan by prioritizing patient care, enhancing the quality of life within your community, fostering innovation, delivering high-quality care, and upholding ethical standards.
Day to Day:
- Manage admissions and transfers to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
- Accurately transcribe and process medical orders.
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Provide instruction and counseling to patients and their families.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $42/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
