Job Title: Registered Nurse – Inpatient Psych (Night Shift)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Location: Indiana (Valid IN or Compact RN License Required)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-Hour Nights)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 36 hours/week

Salary Range: $53,651.52 ($28.66/hr.) – $88,526.88 ($47.29/hr.)

Bonuses:

• Sign-On Bonus: $12,000
• Relocation Bonus: $2,500 – $5,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. This full-time night shift position offers opportunities for professional growth, excellent benefits, and a supportive, team-based culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care to psychiatric inpatients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
• Ensure safety, support, and therapeutic engagement for patients across all acuity levels.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Indiana or a Compact State (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN (required)
• Previous inpatient psych experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with up to 100 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
