Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM/7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3x12s (Full-Time) | 36 hours

Patient Ratio: 1:6 | Openings: 3

About the Role:

As an RN in our Emergency Department, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—delivering fast, accurate, and compassionate treatment when patients need it most. From trauma response to acute medical needs, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting where your clinical skills and critical thinking are essential.

Skills & Experience (Required):

• Minimum 18 months of recent ED nursing experience
• Current ED experience within the last 6 months
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to develop nursing care plans
• Effective communicator with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Certifications (Required):

• NJ RN License (or Compact State)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA certified)
• Telemetry Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• CEU Contact Stroke – 4 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate, responsive care to emergency patients of all ages.

Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs, both physical and mental.

Execute decisive clinical judgment in trauma and acute scenarios.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
