Pay Rate: $2800 Weekly | $70/hour (blended pay)  
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 16:30)

Description:
Structural heart: TAVR, Triluminate, Encircle, AAA repair, TCAR, EVAR, CABG, AVR, MVR, Thrombectomy, Carotid endarectomy, cardioversion, TEE, CVOR RN circulate and scrub heart and vascular cases, CVOR RN circulate only for structural heart cases.
Req: SCRUB/CIRCULATE, CVOR, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Cases, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral valve replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Open heart surgery OR experience req'd, CVOR RN circulate and scrub heart and vascular cases, circulate only for structural heart cases, Cerner
1-9 Cases per day

Requirement:
MD/Compact RN License
BLS - AHA
ACLS - AHA
CERNER Experience - Required
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Must have 1 prior travel assignment
Floating - Required

ON CALL:
2 Friday night 1630-0700 on call, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday on call shifts 24 hour shifts and 4 weekday calls from 1630-0700 in a 6 week schedule.

Mandatory Skill:
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Must have 1 prior travel assignment
