Position Description

Teton Outpatient Services has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/Post Op - PRN.

Job Summary: Plans, coordinates, and oversees care for patients in Pre Op / Post Op. Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to other team members. May have additional responsibilities as designated by the manager, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits, and projects.

  • Monday-Friday work schedule!
  • NO nights, NO weekends and NO holidays!
  • NO call required!

Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of previous experience in PreOp/PACU.
  • OR experience preferred
  • Current RN license in the state of Wyoming.
  • Current BLS and ACLS.
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
