Schedule
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Provide expert input on complex Nurse Case Management projects.
- Guide and support junior professionals.
- Conduct telephone triage to assess member needs and provide health information for informed decision-making.
- Perform thorough symptom assessments using established criteria and protocols.
- Utilize software, written materials, online resources, and nursing expertise to provide appropriate medical guidance.
- Operate independently, requiring minimal technical support.
- Exercise professional judgment in adapting both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
- Apply deep professional knowledge to develop models, procedures, and monitor trends within Nurse Coaching.
