This position will provide oversight, supervision, and coaching to a very busy, inner city emergency department and trauma and stroke center, under the direction of a Nurse Director who will maintain 24/7 accountability.

This position is Monday - Friday 11pm - 7:30am. If you have been a charge nurse or preceptor, and you are looking to take the next step into an entry level management and leadership position, this may be for you.

We are also just beginning an exciting 4-5 year journey to obtain ANCC Pathway to Excellence accreditation, so if you have experience working in a Shared Governance Model, this is an opportunity to contribute and grow as a nurse leader.
