Job Description:

An Insight Global client is seeking a Med Surg ICU RN to join their Tyler Texas team!  This hospital has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine and a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.  This RN is responsible for monitoring and assessing patients recovering from complex surgeries or in critical condition, administering medications, operating advanced medical equipment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop care plans, responding to emergencies, providing emotional support to patients and families, and maintaining detailed patient records. 

Must haves:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must maintain current Texas RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
• 6 months any critical care experience

Shifts:

• Day 6am-6pm (rotating Saturday every 2 weeks)
• Night 6pm-6am 

Patient Ratio: 2:1

Job Description:

An Insight Global client is seeking a Med Surg ICU RN to join their Tyler Texas team!  This hospital has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine and a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.  This RN provides specialized care to patients with severe neurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and post-neurosurgical recovery. They are responsible for conducting neurological assessments, monitoring intracranial pressure, administering medications, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Must haves:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must maintain current Texas RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
• 6 months any critical care experience

Shifts:

• Day 6am-6pm (rotating Saturday every 2 weeks)
• Night 6pm-6am 

Patient Ratio: 2:1 

• Most of these patients are on vents

Job Description:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
• 6 months any critical care experience

Shifts:

• Day 6am-6pm (rotating Saturday every 2 weeks)
• Night 6pm-6am
