Your Role & Impact:

Provide exceptional patient care through assessments, care plans & monitoring responses

Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes

Deliver compassionate support to patients & families, ensuring clear education & guidance

Contribute to team development, mentor peers & demonstrate excellence in nursing practice

Qualifications:

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

Valid RN License in Texas

BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)

Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, medical terminology & patient care ethics

At least 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience required
