Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Plano Alliance:

• The OR Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to the care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure.
• Our scope of service includes Colon and Rectal Surgery. Gastroenterology and Endoscopy, General Surgery, GI, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Pain Management, Urology.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
  
  

License:

• Current Texas RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
  
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum two years previous OR experience
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Knowledgeable of policies and procedures specific to operating room nurse
