A well known Medical Center located in New Jersey has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse to work in OR CWR

Schedule: 11:00 AM -11:30 PM Monday, Thursday, Friday

Location: New Jersey

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.

This includes, but is not limited to, assuring that appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.

Also responsible for assigning and evaluating the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.

Requirements

ASN required BSN preferred

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license

Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in at least one of the following specialties: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotic, or Endovascular Surgery.

BLS-aha Required. CNOR Preferred.

Scrub and Circulating Experience required.

Epic documentation preferred.

1:1 Patient Ratio.

Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.
