Job Details

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Outpatient Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for the following

• Providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including but not limited to, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient's condition.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers.
• Ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established nursing practices and standards.
• Participating in continuous professional development activities to maintain current knowledge and skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1+ years of prior nursing experience.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong patient education skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
