Floating Director of Nursing (DON)

We are growing again!!! We are looking for a traveling DON to assist our PA facilities. Amazing opportunity to meet all our teams at our facilities. The Floating DON is responsible for activities and functions related to the administration of patient care systems, nursing areas, and departments on an interim basis. This position will provide DON functions intermittently in assigned programs. This position will travel extensively as they will be working in different locations as needed.

Please have the following qualifications:

• Two (2) years of DON experience in an SNF environment.
• Current valid licensure as an RN in the state of residency, and/or eligible for licensure in the state of operation
• Makes use of management practices that include empowerment of staff, the provision of clear and concise expectations regarding duties assigned to employees, frequent feedback, and other management practices that are consistent with Continuous Quality Improvement
