RN Case Manager

StartDate: 6/2/2025 Pay Rate: $2000.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Assessment, evaluations; Dc planning with patients and families; Willing to step up to lead MDR discussions.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – FL/compact RN license; BLS; 1+ year recent acute hospital case management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Midas/Interqual/Meditech Experience.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT – 8A-4:30P

SYSTEMS – Midas/Interqual/Meditech

START DATE – ASAP

A man called Isaac Hudson moved to this area in 1878 and founded a post office in Hudson Landing and soon this town became famous for its lumber, although in the 1930’s through the 1950’s fishing and the shrimp business also became important industries in Hudson. New restaurants were built on the waterfront which attracted many tourists to this town filled with over 25 canals!
