We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional one-on-one visits to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes. This is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and strong work/life balance. Part-time and per diem opportunities are also available.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care visits based on individualized care plans
• Perform wound care, medication administration, and treatments
• Monitor and document patient status and progress
• Conduct assessments, admissions, and follow physician orders
• Utilize a tablet for efficient documentation
• Coordinate care and serve as a key clinical resource for your patients

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed RN (home health experience not required)
