Assignment for 16-32 weeks

Psych RN to work in the ED: Position is strictly Psych. No call but every other weekend, or the equivalent, and floating required.

Nurse should be skilled, experienced traveler motivated by compassion, committed to safety, shared responsibility and culturally sensitive.

Acute and chronic psych patients, range in age from pediatric to geriatric.

Criteria for admission to psych units include, but not limited to, danger to self or others. Patients may require medical intervention, along with their psych symptoms.

Requirements

AHA BLS, and CPI, ProAct, or MOAB

A minimum of 2 years of experience

Prior travel OR acute psych in large teaching facility required

EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
