Position Description

Total # of Facility Beds: Facility is 25 beds --6 ER beds/ each campus Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga

Unit Name: Emergency Medicine

Unit Specialty: Emergency

ER RN for Elizabethtown Campus;

12H Nights Will be working 3 x 12s one week and 4 x 12s the next, 84H Biweekly

Must have ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC; CEN pref.

Must have NYS License or proof of application in file.

EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable.

No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted;

IVS to Interview/OFFER

COVID19 and flu declinations accepted.
