Your Role as Day Habilitation RN:

• Guide preventative care strategies for our residents
• Lead and educate our Direct Support Professionals
• Coordinate with families and healthcare providers
• Maintain medical documentation and oversee health assessments
• Create and implement wellness programs

Required:

• NYS RN License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with developmental disabilities is valued but not required
