We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our hospital nursing team and help shape the future of care in our rural community.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and support a team of 30+ hospital staff

• Lead staffing, scheduling, quality care, and compliance for a critical access hospital

• Collaborate closely with providers and the interdisciplinary team

• Be part of emergency planning, stroke/trauma coordination, and quality initiatives

• Contribute to a culture where teamwork, compassion, and excellence thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• RN license in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)

• 5+ years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of CAH regulations, CMS standards, and best practices in rural healthcare

• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain)
