Pride Health is hiring an RN MS/Tele to support our client’s medical facility in Westminster, CO 80023. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in (CO or Compact)

RN MS/Tele responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to create individualized care plans and promote optimal health outcomes.
• Perform and demonstrate competency in clinical procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Educate patients and families based on assessed readiness and needs, evaluating understanding and effectiveness of teaching.
• Advocate for patient rights, safety, and well-being at all times.
• Delegate appropriately to support staff in alignment with hospital policy and state regulations.
• Serve as a professional role model, mentor, or preceptor to new staff and students as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and unit-based initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
• Actively pursue continued learning and maintain records to demonstrate clinical competency and professional growth.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards, policies, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Experience required:

• 2 years of experience in RN MS/Tele

• Job Type: 13 weeks

• Shifts: 36 hours per week (12x3s, Days and Nights)

• Weekly Travel Pay Range: $2160/week to $2340/week
