Job Summary:

Manage patient screening, enrollment, and maintenance for clinical trials. Ensure protocol compliance, handle consent processes, monitor patient conditions, document data, and train staff. Understand research program goals and may oversee budgets. Identify and screen patients and qualify patients for clinical trials. Ensure quality by following regulations and standards. This is a very computer-oriented job, and the patient load varies.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of nursing experience in oncology OR clinical research
• TX RN license
• BLS or ACLS
