About Us: Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a premier branch of TheKey (formerly Home Care Assistance), specializes in connecting experienced private duty nurses (RN and LPN) and therapists (PT, PTA, OT, etc.) with discerning VIP clients for in-home care. We facilitate hourly shifts and visits (up to 1 hour) on a per-diem or long-term basis. Please note that we are a private pay service and do not accept insurance. Our clients expect the highest quality of care.

Compensation: Competitive weekly pay for RNs with Delegation (rates vary by client and are negotiated before each case).

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive client care, including ADLs, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments.
• Administer skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client's physician and within your professional scope.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with the client's doctor, family, and agency staff as needed.
• Coordinate the acquisition of necessary client supplies, such as DME, wound care materials, and medications.
• Offer training and support to the client and/or their family.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) / Delegation certified in Texas State (required)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience (strongly preferred; wound care experience a plus)
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Proof of U.S. work eligibility required
• Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or training
• Basic computer skills and overall technical aptitude
