Weekend RN – Behavioral Health (Home Care)

What You’ll Do as a Weekend RN – Behavioral Health:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate behavioral health care in patients’ homes
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs—physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual
• Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate with the care team
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Supervise and support behavioral health aides and LPNs
• Document all care activities clearly and accurately using Homecare HomeBase (preferred)
  
  

✅ What You’ll Need

• Current, unrestricted RN license (state-specific)
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
• Weekend availability and willingness to travel locally (approx. 50%)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Preferred: Home Health or Hospice experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
