Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Georgia

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Are you a transformational nurse leader ready to make a lasting impact? A respected Critical Access Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead its nursing and ancillary services in a close-knit, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support nursing and ancillary departments including ED, MedSurg, ICU, Swing Bed, Quality, Perioperative, Case Management
• Drive best practices in clinical care, safety, and quality outcomes
• Promote growth strategies and professional development across teams
• Collaborate with an engaged and transparent senior leadership team
• Be an integral voice in strategic planning and hospital-wide initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, ideally at or near the CNO level
• Critical Access or small community hospital experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in driving quality, patient safety, and nursing excellence
• Current Georgia RN license (or ability to obtain)
• MSN required (or in progress)
