Position Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting one of our esteemed clients in Gillette, WY with their search for Registered Nurse to launch a new home dialysis program as well as manage in-center hemodialysis.

This is a direct hire role with excellent benefits, including 100% health coverage, relocation assistance, unlimited PTO and education pay.

Type: Full time, direct hire!

Pay: $82,000 to $132,000 yearly - based on experience

Shift: Monday to Friday – 8AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities

· Clinic Setup & Compliance: Collaborate with the Nephrologist and administrators to develop clinical protocols, policies, and procedures for home HD and PD programs. Work with local government and healthcare regulators to meet all certification and licensing requirements for opening the dialysis unit. Coordinate inspections and documentation for state and CMS certification agencies.

· Equipment & Systems: Oversee the installation and configuration of dialysis equipment, including Baxter (Vantive) and FMC systems. Ensure all machines (for both home therapies and in-center HD) are operational, calibrated, and meeting quality standards. Develop training materials and guidelines for use of these systems.

· Program Development: Act as the lead nurse in creating a patient-centric care model. Establish infection control practices, emergency protocols, and supply management processes for the new unit. Participate in building the interdisciplinary care team structure (social work, dietitian, etc. as needed) and workflows.

· Patient Training & Education: Once patients are enrolled, take the lead in training and educating home dialysis patients (and their caregivers) on performing safe and effective dialysis at home (both HHD and PD). Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for home patients. Also, oversee in-center HD treatments ensuring best-in-class care practices.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical outcomes and quality indicators. Implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellent patient outcomes and safety. Ensure documentation and care delivery meet CMS quality standards for dialysis.

· Leadership & Growth: Work closely with leadership to plan for scaling the program. Assist in recruiting and mentoring additional nursing staff or dialysis technicians as patient census grows. Potential to advance into a Nurse Manager or program director role as the unit expands.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse Include:

· Registered Nurse License: Current RN license in Wyoming (or compact state RN license with ability to obtain WY licensure).

· Dialysis Experience: Clinical experience in dialysis nursing, including home hemodialysis (HHD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD).

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Baxter (Vantive) and Fresenius Medical Care dialysis machines and systems.
