RN Manager ( Case Management )- California

Full-Time | Rotating Weekends I Relocation Assistance

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM - this is an exempt position, so hours may vary.

Salary: $142,771 - $214,032/year

Seeking an experienced Manager of Case Management to lead a team focused on care coordination, patient flow, and safe discharge planning in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily case management operations
• Support and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure balanced caseloads
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and payers for smooth transitions of care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• BSN required (MSN preferred)
• Current California RN license
• Minimum 3-5 years in acute care case management experience, must have leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Interqual, M&R, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and managed care plans
