- Education:
- BSN preferred; ADN with experience considered.
- Licensure:
- Current RN license.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in case management preferred.
- Certifications:
- Case Management Certification (CCM or ACM) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage resources effectively
- Advocacy and patient education skills
