Pride Health is hiring an LPN/LVN to support our client’s medical facility based in Huntersville, North Carolina. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

Provide care for short-term and long-term patients recovering from conditions such as strokes, amputations, neurological disorders, and joint replacements

Perform skilled nursing tasks including:

• Trach care (refresher provided)
• Foley catheter care
• Wound care and dressing changes
• IV starts/management (training available)
• Tube feedings

Support with 1–2 patient admissions per day (handled by Admin Nurse)

Collaborate with healthcare team including HCTs, therapists, case managers, and nursing leadership

Float between facilities within the rehab region as needed (paid travel time mid-shift)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: 18 months in SNF/LTC/Rehab facility
• Active LPN License
• BLS Certification
• Long-Term Care experience
• Familiarity with trach care, IVs, wound care, etc.

Pay Range: $40.00/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
