ICU Nurse Manager

Schedule: Day Shift - Monday - Friday

Salary- $77,000-$140,000 annually based on years of relevant experience

Insight Global is hiring for an ICU Nurse Manager to support our client's team on the Neurology floor of their facility. The ICU Neuro Manager oversees the daily operations of a high-acuity Surgical/Neuro ICU, managing a team of 70–75 RNs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines.

Must Haves: BSN with current and active Florida RN license. 5+ years of advanced ICU experience 2+ years in a leadership BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA Plusses: MSN NE-BC (Nurse Executive – Board Certified) NEA-BC (Nurse Executive Advanced – Board Certified) Day to Day: Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, development management, and professional development. The manager collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports stroke program excellence, drives quality improvement, and serves as a key liaison between staff, physicians, and leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are essential.
